• All equipment subject to prior sale.
• All equipment is sold with a 30-day warranty (This does not apply to equipment sold to dealers.)
• Shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser.  All equipment is sold FOB shipping port–Tucson, Arizona
• In the event of a return, purchaser is responsible for freight to LACAR Industries.

Terms

• Fifty percent of purchase with order.  Balance due upon acceptance at shipment.
