• All equipment subject to prior sale.
• All equipment is sold with a 30-day warranty (This does not apply to equipment sold to dealers or equipment sold “where is, as is”).  Shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser.  All equipment is sold FOB shipping port–Tucson, Arizona
• In the event of a return, purchaser is responsible for freight to LACAR Industries.

• Fifty percent of purchase with order.  Balance due upon acceptance at shipment.
